With your help in 2024, we did the following…

What does that look like: 

The Caring Place provided over 1.1 million pounds of food to area families through our Food Pantry. This food has a monetary value of over $3.5 million!

• Provided $457,529 in rent, mortgage and deposit relief for households facing a crisis;
• Aided in stability by offering $67,914 in utility assistance;
• Distributed 63,291 pounds of fresh produce through Fresh Food for Families;
• Distributed supplementary food boxes to 1,066 unduplicated neighbors over 65 through the HOPE program;
• Provided clothing and household goods to neighbors at a value of $160,455;
• Brought safety to neighbors by providing emergency temporary shelter when needed;
• Provided supportive Case Management services to help neighbors meet longer-term, self-directed goals for stability;
• Added Additional Services for the community such as our Loads Of Caring program helping to wash 1,256 loads of laundry since August;
